SpacerX Roof Spacer System
Bradford SpacerX Roof Spacer System is a patented roof spacer designed for concealed-fixed metal roof applications. Acting as a compact roof raiser, it elevates the cladding above the framing so roof blankets remain in position and maintain their nominal thickness, supporting the specified total roof system R-Value. The system installs with roof clips, fixed directly to the framing using three screws per assembly. Bradford SpacerX is available in four heights (40, 60, 80 and 120 mm) to suit Bradford Anticon® blankets and contribute to BCA-compliant performance. Suitable for non-cyclonic projects only.
