Bradford Thermoseal Roof Tile and Roof Tile Plus Sarking
Bradford Thermoseal Tile Roof Sarking creates a protective layer under tiles that helps keep out wind-driven rain, dust and embers for a more comfortable home. It acts as a drainage plane to channel any water that gets past the tiles to the gutter, and its reflective surface helps reduce summer heat gain inside the roof.
Designed for new builds and re-roofing with concrete or terracotta tiles, this Australian-made, non-permeable vapour barrier supports compliant bushfire detailing across BAL zones and installs cleanly for a neat finish, backed by CSR Bradford technical support and warranty.
Features and Benefits
Thermoseal works like a second skin under tiled roofs, helping block wind-driven rain and ember pathways while directing incidental water safely to the gutter, reducing the risk of leaks, staining and hidden moisture issues. Its reflective facing assists with thermal performance by reducing heat flow through the roof, and the tough, tear-resistant membrane lays flat and tapes neatly so crews can dry-in faster and deliver a consistent result that lasts. Not recommended under metal sheet roofing.
