Bradford Thermoseal® FireSpec Wall Wrap Insulation
Bradford Thermoseal® FireSpec is an extra heavy duty, non-combustible sarking for wall applications. Installed to the outside of the frame as wall wrap or roof sarking, it provides a water barrier and Class 2 vapour barrier, recommended for warm and humid climates (NCC Climate Zones 1-5). The product meets NCC Deemed-to-Satisfy requirements for use in non-combustible external walls. A low-e reflective foil face can add reflective R-value when placed to a still air gap. Suitable for BAL fire regions.
