Bradford Enviroseal Plus Wall Wrap is a Class 4 vapour-permeable wall wrap designed for residential timber or steel frame walls. This durable membrane is both lightweight and robust, managing condensation by allowing internal moisture to escape while providing a tough weather barrier for the building frame.
Suitable for use behind brick veneer and lightweight cladding systems, Plus is rated for BAL fire regions and serves as an effective temporary weather barrier during construction, enabling internal trades to start work before the external cladding is installed. Custom printing is available for cost-effective on-site branding opportunities.

Bradford Enviroseal Plus helps the wall cavity dry by letting water vapour pass through, which supports insulation and helps protect the frame. With overlaps taped and penetrations sealed, the vapour permeable membrane acts as an air and water barrier, helping block rain and draughts during and after construction.
