Bradford Roof Valve is a low-profile, static roof ventilator (no turbine) that quietly releases air from the roof space without using electricity. It's ideal above ceiling or exhaust fans, making it a simple way to remove air from bathrooms, kitchens and laundries through the roof.
For homes in bushfire-prone areas, Roof Valve BAL offers the same neat look with added bushfire confidence. When installed to specification, it is suitable for BAL 12.5-40, providing a compliant outlet for 150 mm ducted exhaust in wet areas while maintaining always-on ventilation.
