Perimeter Spacer is a ribbed edge vent accessory specifically designed to create a 20mm gap between ceiling insulation and the roof, roof blanket, or sarking, allowing external air to flow into the roof space and reduce condensation risk.
Manufactured from 30% recycled content, the lightweight sheet allows external airflow through the roof space, reducing condensation risk and ensures compliance with the ABCB Housing Provisions Standard 2022, section 10.8.3, as a Deemed to Satisfy solution for condensation management in NCC Climate Zones 6, 7, and 8. The Bradford Perimeter Spacer is suitable for use in new builds and retrofit applications.
