Bradford Thermoseal® Wall Wrap XP
Bradford Thermoseal Wall Wrap XP is a tough, medium-duty weather barrier with an outward-facing, semi-reflective surface which can also be used behind lightweight construction in humid climates. Adding a protective second skin to external walls, the wrap provides temporary weather protection during construction and is a durable defence behind brickwork or cladding. The semi-reflective face helps boost thermal performance and helps protect against moisture over the long term. When installed to specification, the product meets bushfire requirements up to BAL 12.5-FZ.
For extra toughness, choose Wall Wrap XP Plus with a heavier-duty laminate and dual-sided reflectivity.

Bradford Thermoseal Wall Wrap XP helps maintain comfort and energy efficiency. As a wall wrap, its outward-facing semi-reflective face helps reduce radiant heat at the wall cavity; when joins are taped and penetrations sealed, it also helps keep rain and draughts out of the wall frame and insulation to lower moisture risk. For exposed builds or heavy handling, XP Plus offers added durability.
